Nicholas Rizzo

Nick Rizzo successfully represents corporate and private clients at the trial court level throughout Michigan, in both state and federal court.  Some of the nation’s largest property and casualty carriers routinely rely on Nick to litigate both first- and third-party claims, as well as claims involving a wide variety of premises liability and subrogation issues, wrongful death, and extra-contractual claims involving fraud and arson.

Nick also represents individuals who sustain life-altering injuries. He is an avid skier and volunteers with the Cannonsburg Challenged Ski Association, a program that offers adaptive skiing opportunities for those with disabilities.
