Mr. Gallagher brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry to RizzoDay. Prior to receiving his law degree, he worked as a claims adjuster at the nation’s largest automobile and homeowner’s insurance company. Having an in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, Mr. Gallagher primarily practices Insurance Defense for first party personal injury protection claims, fire and theft claims, third party negligence and bodily injury claims, property protection insurance claims, as well as recovery of various benefits on behalf of insurers. Mr. Gallagher was also a well-seasoned negotiator before he began practicing law, which, along with his interpersonal skills, has been the foundation of his family law practice. Mr. Gallagher’s practice extends across Michigan, in state and federal courts. Mr. Gallagher was a Senior Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, received certificates of merit, volunteered at pro bono clinics at the Hispanic Center of Western and Degage Ministries, and finished in the top 7% of his graduating class.
